Mauro Parmesani is one of the leading landscape, nature, and travel photographers working today.  With several books published by prestigious Italian publishing house Rizzoli and others, his work has also featured in such magazines as Architectural Digest, Conde Nast Traveller, Dove, and Vogue.  His experience includes fashion shoots, books, art photography, photojournalism on shoots all over the world.  He has a very dynamic, rugged, field style that produces serenely beautiful and captivating images.  Mauro will be assisted by a well-known local photographer.

Guests may stay at either Dar Les Cigognes or Riad Kaiss. The course will be limited to a group of ten people in total and will include:

  • Opening dinner and talk.
  • Final night rooftop party with local dancers and musicians.
  • Two days of shooting, in and around Marrakech.
  • All local transport.
  • Lunches on shooting days.

Quentin Bacon is the leading food photographer working in the world today, and his work appears in literally hundreds of books.  He has worked with some of the most exciting chefs alive, including Thomas Keller, Mario Batali, Paula Wolfert, Michael Ruhlman, Barefoot Contessa, among others.  He is also in high demand commercially for portraiture and interiors, and is renowned for his use of natural light and warm style.  He is an affable and engaging teacher.  He has worked all over the world. Quentin will be assisted by a well-known local photographer.
