Getting there

Finding us for the first time, it helps to have a map, as there is only a small sign outside the door.

Don't be fooled by the unassuming exterior, even the palace of the King is modest on the outside...You will recognise us because we are directly opposite the gate to the Royal Palace. This is a big green door which will have guards in front when the King is in town. Our door has three lanterns hanging above it and the address is 108, rue de Berima.

Flights:
Travel to Morocco is easy. There are direct flights from most major European cities to Marrakech, as well as from many regional cities in Spain and France. There are also airlines offering stop-over service, linking Fes, Tanger, Casablanca, and Agadir to Marrakech. Flight times from Europe range from two to three hours.

Marrakech Menara international airport is located very close to town. It takes about ten minutes in a taxi from the airport. We can arrange airport transfers for our guests (there is a small charge), but this way you avoid the usual scrum at the airport for a cab, the haggling over the price, and you are assured a nice car.

Many major airlines fly into Marrakech, including Royal Air Maroc, Air France, British Airways, and Iberia. Many others connect via Casablanca, which is a half-hour flight away, or a three-hour drive.

For a basic map of how to find us, with contact details and our address, please DOWNLOAD OUR GUEST MAP.

Morocco has twelve international airports: Agadir, Al Hoceima, Casablanca, Dakhla, Fès, Laâyoune, Marrakech, Ouarzazate, Oujda, Rabat-Salé, Tangier and Tétouan.

Royal Air Maroc and other large international airlines and charter companies provide frequent, rapid flights to Morocco from major cities in Europe, North and South America and the Middle East.

For example, Casablanca is a one-hour flight from Madrid, a three-hour flight from Paris and a six-and-a-half hour flight from New York.

Alternative transportation

For overland transportation to Morocco, head for Algéciras, Spain. You can get there by car, motorcycle, bus or train. (Sleeper trains that transport your automobile as well are available). Then cross the strait of Gibraltar by car-ferry to Tangiers (2.5 hr) or Ceuta (1.5 hr). There is also a high-speed ferry from Tarifa that takes only 30 minutes, but leaves less regularly. It's also possible to take a boat from Sète (France) to Tangier (36 hr) or from Almeria (Spain) to Nador or Melilla.
